Since 1.996 his fame has been referenced with the roast lamb and suckling pig in its traditional wood oven. No less important are other of its careful specialties such as red meats, the authentic white prawn from Huelva or his Reserve Iberico Ham from Guijuelo (Salamanca). It has three large rooms (Prince, Medieval or Royal) with a Castilian setting that achieve a cozy atmosphere.
